This oval-shaped pendant is made with real miniature alpine flowers. My dad's hometown of Taxco, where these flowers are grown and our jewelry is made, sits at an elevation of almost 6000 ft above sea level. There is one family in Taxco that specializes in growing these flowers and turning them into the jewelry you see here. After being trimmed, the flowers are placed in a clear resin and then wrapped in .925 sterling silver.
